So… we’ve got the wind at our backs, we’re holding onto our hats, here’s the week ahead in eight minutes or less …

Well… while there are some energy shifts this week, with the big news being the radiant Sun entering bright cheerful optimistic Sagittarius, and a Full Moon taking place at a less degree of Taurus – the degree of completion – overall it’s kind of quiet for us…

 

However, on Thanksgiving Day, Mercury will square off with Jupiter—so, at the very least, we should be prepared for all whole lot of conversation, and even people trying to speak over one another. We also should be prepared for the possibility of some very big “exaggerations” — and sidestep any arguments that may threaten the beautiful intentions of the day.

 

In this powerful Full Moon takes place on Sunday, November 21^st, and also promises attention to fall on our finances, and even spending habits.  And this full moon — like all full moons — is a culmination of those things we began two weeks ago at the new moon on November 6^th… and full moons, like new moons, are often triggers for events in our lives, depending on how it aspects our charts….

 

And with Mercury squaring off with Jupiter later in the week, other people may express opinions about your spending habits – or we might express some opinions about other peoples’ spending.  So this week, ride the wave of optimism but we shouldn’t be foolish with our money.

 

Later in the week, on Saturday, November 27^th, Mercury jumps into action again and dances with three planets all in one day – he will sextile style Neptune and Chiron and square off with Uranus.  There should be communication flying through the air for all of us for those couple of days… so we should be ready to intuit, listen and respond quickly.

 

So, besides the radiant Sun moving from watery and deep Scorpio into sunny, bright, talkative and optimistic Sagittarius, Mercury and the earthy Taurus Full Moon this weekend hold the stage for us this week…

So… this week, I want to talk about how each sign will be feeling this very powerful Full Moon…   at 29 degrees Taurus, the degree of completion … And, as usual, this will apply to your Sun Sign and Ascendant/Rising Sign if you know it…

Aries
The full moon will be speaking to your finances! You may find yourself finalizing salary negotiations or even be on the receiving end of a large check.  You may also have a bill to take care of, but you’ll have the resources to do it!

Taurus
since the full moon this month will be in Taurus,  at 29 degrees, which is the degree of completion, look for something very important to come to a conclusion for you, personally. This will involve your homes and wishes — so get ready for a celebration.

Gemini
you should be receiving some long-awaited news – or information – that you’ve been waiting for. This will bring to a conclusion something that you’ve wanted for a very long time!  And if you’re going to be very busy very soon, so get some rest now.

Cancer
watch for friends to open doors for you, and an old friend may reenter your life and make things brighter and easier for you too – a dream you’ve held dear is about to materialize.  And it may be assisted by an association or group of friends.

Leo
your career will bring you an exciting development now.  This could have to do with a creative project that you’re involved in or have been hoping for – you might even receive a promotion of some kind.

Virgo
travel could be on your horizon – or you could have your eye on expanding your world in some way, possibly through education – and you’re also very lucky this month. Get ready for some new accomplishments.

Libra
other People’s Money and shared resources will be emphasized for you. You are a partner may get a commission or raise or other substantial sum of money now. It might also be money from insurance, a settlement, or even child support. Better be good news either way!

Scorpio
this could be your month for happiness to enter your partnership. Especially if you’ve been dating seriously for some time – and if you’re footloose and fancy free, this could be the month where you finally meet someone very special.

Sagittarius
something at work – or involving your health and fitness – is about to come to fruition. There’s something coming that brings excitement on the job, or even a breakthrough with your health.  This is very good news.

Capricorn
love and romance can blossom for you now!  If you’re seriously involved with someone, look for that to blossom. If you’re hoping to meet someone, this could be your month – so don’t hide yourself away. Go out and do things that you love to do – but do keep your eyes open!

Aquarius
your home and family come to light and the news is wonderful! There’s happiness in family and/or if you’re looking to buy or sell property, you could be very happy very soon!  And be prepared for some good news concerning your family.

Now… HERE’S the week we’ve all been waiting for!  Finally lots and lots of movement, action – and a change of direction FORWARD!

And the biggest day of this week happens on November 18^th, so get ready to move – because it’s action packed with all kinds of exciting energy!  Because that’s when the Sun will make a joyfully electric connection with Uranus, Mars will dance with Saturn – and the BIG news will be that Jupiter AND Venus both begin moving forward again!

We start off on Sunday, November 14^th, when Mars in adventurous Sagittarius does his dance of opportunity with the builder Saturn sitting in balanced Libra … this is THE time to get busy and get productive.

We should all be keeping an eye out for opportunities to finally get going on the projects we’ve been planning on paper – or in our minds from today onward!

Then on Monday, November 15^th, the radiant Sun will have an easy, flowing trine connection to abundant Jupiter … and we’ll be feeling confident and radiant ourselves today!  We’re going to be able to see things from an expanded awareness – and luck will be on our side!

And then, on Wednesday, November 17^th, our minds and Mercury will be dancing with grounded Saturn – and we’ll be able to be practical, logical – and make some real headway in problem solving.  And in seeing situations in a realistic – and very rewarding – way!   No rushing now!  Steady movement is what’s going to make it happen for us today!

Then the VERY BIG DAY we’ve been waiting for arrives on Thursday, November 18^th…

Not only does the life-giving Sun make a flowing trine to the Awakener Uranus – giving us some real potential for spontaneous action, ah-ha moments, intuitive flashes, and some welcome surprises, but …

Abundant Jupiter and delicious Venus finally turn direct.  Jupiter has been retrograde since July 23^rd – and all of those big plans and projects that may have seem stalled since then get moving – and get the green light!

Over the last few months, somewhere upfront or inside, we’ve been re-evaluating our lives and our circumstances.  And now, the movement will take off… and our lives will be expanding in the area of our charts – and lives – where Jupiter is traveling.

And we should also be prepared for a wave of inspiration and confidence to flow over and around us, too!  And be ready for anything and everything we’ve learned over the last four months to become available in a more open and very direct way!

And on this very same, scrumptious day, juicy Venus also turns direct…
Over the last six weeks or so, we’ve been reviewing our relationships, love and money.  And now we can move forward in love, finances, the arts, and even beauty in our lives.  We may also find that situations related to these things reach a turning point.  And we may make some decisions that have been percolating somewhere inside us…

If we’ve encountered people or circumstances from our pasts, the time has come to decide whether we want to continue with them – or move on.  Changes can also be expected in our finances.  Finally.

Now, also today, Thursday, November 18^th, the Sun will square off with dreamy Neptune, and the healer Asteroid Chiron… so throughout all the shifting energies of the day, we’ll want to be sure to at least TRY to be realistic – and hold back on wishful thinking.  We will, however, be able to reach mystical places and even alternative methods of healing and spirituality.  There is tremendous creative and spiritual potential in this energy.  Relax into it and use it well!

We’re finally moving forward now…

And then on Saturday, November 20^th, Mercury will conjunct Mars – and fast, spontaneous communications can surround us.  Our minds will be fast and want to cut to the chase.  We’ll have courage to speak our minds – but we’ll want to take care that we don’t become angry or argumentative.  Especially if things have reached a boiling point in relationships or situations.  This will likely present a great opportunity to practice self-assertive (not aggressive!) expression as we deal with others!

Now this week, I want to to talk a bit about Venus’s return to direct motion since she’s been retrograde since October 8^th – and talk about how and where this change will affect each sign.  And, as usual, this will apply to your Sun Sign and Ascendant/Rising Sign if you know it…

Aries

You may have been taking a long hard look at what’s working – or not – in your close relationships.  And now you’ll finally see some action – and be moving forward.

Taurus
Work, your daily routine, and your health will start to flow now.  Be ready to see major forward movement involving any and all of those things.  Finally!

Romance, romance, romance in your life is about to take a big turn for the better.  And things that bring you joy and happiness will start to flow more easily.

This is a week of powerful energies and new transformational beginnings… It’s the week of the intense New Moon in Scorpio – and also Neptune and the Asteroid Chiron moving to direct motion after months of retrograde travels…

 

We begin the week on Monday, November 1^st, with retrograde Venus making an aspect of opportunity with intense Pluto – and there’s an excellent prospect of close relationships of all kinds going deeper – or as deep as we want them to!  We also have an opportunity to become more authentic in how we relate, to others as well as to ourselves!  There may also be some nifty financial opportunities popping up for us, so keep an eye out for that one!

 

The energy belongs to the Moon until we arrive at Thursday, November 4^th,  when Mercury forms a graceful easy trine aspect to Jupiter … ideas, communications and big visions will be flowing around us – and we can feel optimistic and BE LUCKY!  For best results, we should put ourselves where that LUCK and those opportunities can reach us best!  What the heck, buy an extra lottery ticket today!

 

And then, Friday, November 5^th and Saturday, November 6^th are the days to tread carefully this week – Mercury squares off with Neptune, the Asteroid Chiron will be still in the sky – and we have a potent New Moon in Scorpio – almost all at once… so, we’ll want to watch that we don’t step into our own – or someone else’s – confusion!

 

Friday, November 5^th, the Asteroid Chiron will turn direct.  He’s been retrograde for the last five months and during that time, we’ve been inwardly looking at the places in our lives that need some healing…and how we might be experiencing wounding from others in some way – or more likely how we’ve been wounding ourselves or others.   Now, all those realizations are becoming ready for us to apply over the next few months.  This might mean reaching a decision or a turning point about things we’ve struggled with since last May… For sure, we should get ready for some clarity – and healing along our paths.

 

And the same day, Mercury will square off with dreamy Neptune, adding to the elusiveness of the day – and the overall confusion.  If we don’t absolutely have to make a decision for these couple of days – we’d be better off waiting a few more days to make that commitment.  Today especially, we need to back off and collect our thoughts before we speak our minds!

 

And then…also Friday, November 5^th, we have the New Moon in Scorpio – and this is a particularly healing New Moon… but does add to the mystery and watery intensity of the day… There’s an urgency about planting the seeds for action now – and getting ready to make a new beginning in our direction, our consciousness, or our healing – of ourselves, others, places or situations in our lives.

Walk carefully these couple of days for best results.  It’s a very powerful and potent time.  Use it wisely and well!

 

Then on Saturday, November 6^th, dreamy, sensitive Neptune moves forward – and we can put our dreams into motion.  He’s been retrograde since May 31^st — and with Neptune in Aquarius, the sign of electricity and vibrations, we’ll be tuning in to energies around us and maybe not even know why!  While Neptune was retrograde, our inner radar was quietly heightened, and we may have gained great awareness through “psychic hits” that came out of the blue.  Now, our feelings are more finely tuned and ready to pick up and perceive subtle signals.  So, we should stay connected with our dreams right now.  Unusual and prophetic information is available at the tip of our minds! …and it’s time to put our dreams into action and tap into our deeper awareness and spirituality … we’ve all been quietly learning beneath the surface appearance of things these past few months – and now we can slip that new understanding into our lives.

 

And, also on Saturday, November 6^th, Mercury will form a flowing trine aspect to Uranus – which will heighten the likelihood of tapping into energetic vibrations and sudden strikes of originality and ah-ha moments!  So, we should absolutely take advantage of the electric energies surrounding us this day!  It’s a big one!

 

Next week, we’ll have another energy shift to lighter and faster movement – pleasure-seeking Venus will enter fun-loving, fiery Sagittarius – and our communicator Mercury will be right on her heels.  So, next week watch for a bit of relief from recent Scorpio intensity… but more about in next week’s SkyeWatch!

Well, we’ve got lots of energy and enthusiasm coming our way this week…

And even though the Sun and Mercury are now in Scorpio –fiery Mars is a main player as he moves into exuberant Sagittarius – so get your high heeled sneakers ready for some action!  This is truly a week of true opportunity!

And while the coming month’s action will certainly be about delving beneath the surface appearances of just about EVERYTHING – that very active Mars energy will keep us moving along and not allowing us time to settle in the watery depths of emotions for very long!

…And at the end of this week’s SkyeWatch, I talk about just how and where this new Mars energy will affect each sign…

So, the week starts off on Sunday, October 24^th, with Mars will forming an exciting, flowing connection with Uranus,

And we should be prepared for some very high energy!  Look for spontaneous and unexpected actions and/or events to unfold in or around us…and we should also be prepared to funnel all this energy in original, daring directions.  And if there’s something – or someONE – that’s been keeping us feeling like we’re just in a rut, we might even find ourselves fairly bursting with courage to make changes that will make us come alive!  This is also a great time to launch almost anything – so do launch!

And then on Monday, October 25^th, Mercury will come together in a conjunction with retrograde Venus… We may be feeling more social now and want to seek out harmonious communications of all kinds – or they may seek us out, so be prepared!  If we have deals to maneuver or agreements to be made, this could be the absolute ideal time.  Balance between all parties concerned will be there, and communications can flow easily and gracefully now.  We need to be careful not to let this moment slip away if we’ve been wanting or needing a meeting of the minds.  This is also a wonderful day for artists, writers and any other type of creatives so grab on with both hands!

Then, Tuesday, October 26^th, the Sun will form a supportive sextile to Pluto – this is about opportunity – and we can also find the fog lifting and know exactly where we’re going.   We can also find within us a deep, powerful determination to be able to get to that place or desire.

The one caveat worth mentioning here would be that we’ll want to be sure we don’t steamroll over our competition – really, it won’t be necessary!  Use quiet self-confidence and if you know that we CAN look beneath the surface of situations, we’ll have the upper hand without ever showing it…

And then late Wednesday, October 27^th, Mars fairly explodes into adventurous Sagittarius, where he’ll be staying until December 7^th – and watch the energy soar!  Mars is going to be giving courage to go for those big Sagittarian Dreams we all have…and optimism will be the name of the game now.  We’ll be looking for freedom, too, though – and we won’t be afraid to take risks.  This could be too big, too fast, or just plain too much!   But potentially a LOT of fun!  We’ll also want to travel, literally or figuratively, now – on outward or inward journeys.  And we won’t be afraid to step up to the plate to lead others, or reach for a long-held dream… This is the time to go after exactly what we want – and we should tuck that spirit of adventure into our back pockets!

And on Thursday, October 28^th, retrograde Venus Retrograde will connect with Sun and a new beginning is birthed.  This moment is like a seed planted that will finally sprout after Venus returns to direct motion after November 18^th.  And this new beginning could relate to love, money, art and/or beauty in our lives.  This is a beautiful moment to connect with the seedling of what we desire to have unfold for us – and then be patient and expectant as we await it’s birth in November!  This can also be a time when we finally see clearly who or what is – or is not – mutually beneficial in our lives.

Aries.

Look for extreme, enthusiastic personal and spiritual growth to expand your horizons in ways you never expected over these next few weeks.  You may also do some actual traveling to exciting mind-expanding destinations!  Pack your bags!

Taurus.

Shared resources are up for expansion for the next six weeks or so.  Someone close to you may get a raise that benefits you in some way.  You may also experience some awakening and expanded psychic events!

Gemini.

Get ready for your partnerships, intimate or business, to get very active and very exciting from now through early December!  This can also bring new passions into your partnerships – or new partnerships into your passions!

Well, this is a week of powerful change – and powerful, powerful passions!  The shifting energy will be nearly palpable to us – so we REALLY SHOULD hold on to our hats – and that goes for about the next month!

The week sets off on Monday, October 18^th with Mercury forming a flowing trine aspect to Neptune and the Asteroid Chiron.  Chiron is also known as the “Wounded Healer”… and our imaginations will be running through fields of purple clover!  And finding healing, dreams and intuitions along the way…

Creativity, healing and ideas will be flowing like a stream to the ocean can be ours for these couple of days… we’ll be feeling very fluid and compassionate toward others, and toward ourselves.  Mental healing is available now and we’ll either give or receive just the right words that we need to speak or hear… the only caveat here is that we may fall into too much wishful thinking or get caught up in daydreams.  Not a bad thing – just recognize it for what it is!

Then Tuesday, October 19^th the Sun takes over and trines the same points in the sky, Neptune and Chiron… and we can be feeling amazing optimism now – and miraculously feel like our recent efforts to achieve our dreams are finally beginning to come together in an almost magical cohesive whole.

Romance, compassion and creativity can also blossom now.  But we should hold off making decisions and major changes under this influence – it’s a lovely, but temporary, energy… so we should thoroughly enjoy it, but stay as grounded as we can

And on Wednesday, October 20^th, Mercury changes his personality from partnership oriented and agreeable Libra and moves into deep, watery and passionate Scorpio – and all just as Mars forms a mystically flowing trine to Jupiter… and we’ll find our intuition and hunches ratcheting up several notches.  Secrets and hidden information may come to light in our lives over this next month – and that can surprise us and/or help us make some more decisions about where we want to go – and what we want to believe.  We could also find ourselves experiencing the obsessive or manipulative side of Scorpio’s personality – either within ourselves or in those around us.  So be alert to that… and all of this very deep energy is amplified by Mars forming a flowing trine to Jupiter today which could either open our courage – or push assertiveness toward aggression if we aren’t paying attention.  There’s a huge amount of fervor in the air today – we should use it to courageously move forward toward our passions.  We could surprise ourselves when we see how much we’re able to accomplish!

Then on Friday, October 22^nd, Mars will square off with Neptune, form an aspect of opportunity with Pluto – and square off with the Asteroid Chiron – plus we have a potent Full Moon in Aries! …all at once!

This can bring us deeply penetrating conversations – or just some plain old arguments.  It will be our choice.  No matter what, we could have a very emotional day, one way or the other.  On the challenging side, we should be alert to any passive-aggressive behavior around or in us, and instead work toward releasing old patterns of hidden agendas.  This can be a startling time of healing things from the past that have hurt us in some way.  Though it might be shocking or upsetting as it comes to light.

And also on Friday, October 22^nd, we’ll be experiencing a particularly intense Full Moon in Aries, and with all the other forceful energy fairly bursting in the sky this week, we can count on feeling fully awake and alert!  Courage is the name of the game.  And there’s so much passion around us this week, that we can stand up and take on just about anything we desire.  Desire being the operative word now!

Finally, on Saturday, October 23^rd, the life-giving Sun will join Mercury in emotionally driven Scorpio – and we’ll be called front and center to follow our passions.  And get a move on!  The good news is that we won’t have a half-hearted feeling in us – and the challenging news is that we won’t have a half-hearted feeling in us!  So we’ll have amazing muscle and strength to follow our dreams – or invent some new ones along the way!  And this energy is going to be around for about a month!

Now, this week I want to talk about the energy of this dynamic and powerful Full Moon in Aries – and how it will be affecting each sign.  And, as always, this will apply to your Sun Sign and Rising/Ascendant sign if you know it…

 

Aries.

Look for a balancing, completion or culmination of something you may have begun related to partnership issues last July.  Look for a new understanding as you relate to others now.  Be agreeable, find balance, but don’t put yourself last!

Taurus.

Some of life’s “clutter” may finally be ready to leave your life.  You might also find secrets revealed to you.  Allow yourself to be drawn to solitude – your intuition will flourish!

Well, I hope you’re ready for a some good energy news we should be in or a breath of fresh air — and/or some downtime for sorting things out if we need it — because we’re in for a week of rare astrological openness that will come breezing through our lives this week!

 

We only have one – yes, only one! – major aspect in the sky this week, and that’s late in the week… Mercury will conjunct the Sun — and amazingly that’s the only new energy in the sky for us!

 

…Although, Venus, the planetary ruler of Libra, is still retrograde — till November 18^th actually — and we still have some Libra New Moon energy around us, but other than that – we are free to roam about the cabin!  And launch new projects – and meet new people – and go new places.  And/or just luxuriously expand our energies in whatever direction we desire this week.

 

And with the recent New Moon in Libra, Venus’ own ruling sign, and Venus turning retrograde, we’re still be asked to re-evaluate and reconsider what brings us joy, what adds value to our lives, and who and what are worthy of our love…or not.

 

And at the end of SkyeWatch, I’ll be returning to Venus retrograde in Scorpio and how each sign may experience her energy this time around – Venus in Scorpio is a very intense energy – and her retrograde will make this quality even stronger and more passionate, toward people, places, things – or ourselves and our dreams.

 

And our only major aspect this week occurs on Saturday, October 16^th, when the Sun conjuncts Mercury, and during this transit we can expect to be clear thinking and be communicating well and quickly!   We can also experience a flow of new ideas and sudden ah-ha moments and even new inspirations.  Although, one of the few challenges with this aspect is acting, thinking or speaking too quickly before considering what really ‘should’ be said or done.  And if we can think back to September 3^rd when these two energies also met in a conjunction as Mercury was still in retrograde motion, we’ll have an idea of what plans we thought about then that are ready to get the Green Light.  This aspect marks the birth of new beginnings and new ideas we may have only dreamed of in early September.   And now we can move ahead with those plans… finally!  So think back to what was happening in early September and welcome that Green Light that’s finally switched to on!

Now, during this upcoming week, there could be a push me pull you kind of energy… we should be prepared for emotions to be intense within ourselves and with people around us…

And we have a New Moon in Libra – Venus’ own sign – and at the same time, both Mercury and the Moon square off with Pluto and tangle with Saturn, Venus stops in the sky in intense Scorpio.  So, we’ll all need to be ready to move with the winds of change that are approaching… And a lot can be going on in places that we can’t see just yet.  We’re actually preparing for some big growth and expansion that’s coming in November and December.  So, we need to do what needs to be done, think outside the box – and above all, stay flexible in our plans for the future.

Now, the week kicks off with Mercury entering Libra on October 3^rd, and he’ll be there till October 20^th… this will be a great time for us to finally move ahead with communications that have lagged – and agreements that we couldn’t agree on!

We’ll definitely be in the mood to communicate with others and even smooth out some rough spots that we may have allowed to build up… we’ll be thinking balance and harmony now.  However, in some cases, we may also find that it’s difficult to make a choice – in a Libra kind of way – and talking the situation over with a trusted advisor may be just the ticket to reach a win-win decision and solution now.

Also on Sunday, October 3^rd, Venus will conjunct Mars, just a couple of days before she turns retrograde later in the week… and we’ll be engulfed in a dynamic energy of passion – for people and places – or things and situations in our lives… And it’s important today that we don’t sabotage ourselves with our impatience, unintended (or unwanted) forcefulness, and use courage to negotiate, re-negotiate or confront if necessary with a determined, but gentle, diplomacy.
Then on Tuesday, October 5^th, Mercury will square off with Pluto, and we should expect to be challenged in communications.   We may find that we need to face some difficult truths in our lives with this aspect.  Communications, to us or from us, could be intense.  And for the best results, we shouldn’t allow our words to try to intimidate or cause damage.  And we should walk away from power struggles if we can, and deal with whatever issue may have arisen at a later, calmer, date.

And on Thursday, October 7^th, the New Moon takes place at 14 degrees of Libra

And it offers us a new look at all our relationships, whether intimate, platonic, business, family, or even adversaries – and our finances – and it will usher in a new beginning.  But with Venus being retrograde in intense Scorpio at this New Moon, we may take a deeper or more extreme view of those things.  And reconsider what it is that truly brings us joy – or not.  But a new beginning is here either way…

Then, on Friday, October 8^th, Venus will be sitting still in the sky as she prepares for her retrograde motion that lasts until November 18^th…  and for these several weeks, we’ll be inclined to reflect on all Venusian issues, like relationship, finances and creativity, than to make big new beginnings in those areas.  And just like Mercury’s retrograde period, this is when we gain those insights that will help us make new beginnings after November 18^th.

Also, keep in mind that the energy of Venus in Libra is about lace – but the energy of Venus in Scorpio is more like leather, motorcycle boots and tattoos.  So, we should be expecting a that we’ll have little different way of assessing – or reassessing – how we feel about what we’ve got, and what we really want in our lives.  And we may also come to realize that we’re really not getting enough of what we want from the things we value in our lives, our finances and/or physical resources .  Also, with Venus retrograde in Scorpio, the most challenged signs will be Scorpio, Aquarius, Taurus, and Leo.

Well, while we don’t have a great number of heavy aspects this week – we should finally be feeling life truly move forward… Because this week, we’re FINALLY free of Mercury’s retrograde cycle – he leaves his Retrograde Shadow (at least until the next ‘shadow’ on November 22^nd!), and we should find life getting back to normal now (if there is such a thing anymore!)…

To say that this Mercury retrograde period has offered us some unusually difficult and challenging life situations, would be a gross understatement!  Mercury originally entered his ‘shadow’ from August 20^th to September 12^th – when he turned direct – and now he’s left that retrograde journey completely.  At least until he begins another ‘shadow’ period on November 22^nd…

And now we can breathe an individual and collective sigh of relief because most of the confusion, miscommunications and bumps in the road should be mostly dissipating now… in fact, we should be feeling that energy in the air – and in our plans!

And if we’ve been biding our time till Mercury completed this retrograde cycle to make a decision or sign a contract, this can be a good time to move forward… especially on the heels of the Equinox and Harvest Full Moon this past week.

Now, the next major energy shift will occur for us on Thursday, September 30^th, when the Sun conjuncts Saturn….
Conjunctions between planets mark new beginnings – and this one is about getting serious.  And if we’ve been doing our work – and working hard – it’s time for us to reap the rewards and get a big payoff!  If, however, we haven’t been diligent with what we KNOW needs to be done, then we could get a rude awakening on these couple of days.  The good news with that one is that we’ll also have a sense and KNOW what needs to be done to get where we aren’t yet!  And to earn that payoff we want!  Depending on where this aspect occurs in our charts is where the action for us falls in our lives…

There have been a lot of Solar aspects lately…and we should be pretty familiar with the energy of this one.  And, on the plus side, we may be feeling more industrious and hard-working, but on the challenging side, we may have an overriding sense of feeling stuck or blocked.  There may also be issues with business or authority figures that have to be dealt with.  And while it absolutely IS a new beginning, we may feel the “ending” side of the energy a bit more than the “beginning” because of the nature of Saturn.

So, if we can and are able to loosen our grip on people and situations that appear to be passing from our lives, it can literally clear the way for that “something new” to begin in an accelerated way.
Now on Friday, October 1^st and Saturday, October 2^nd, Mercury will face off with the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction near the end of Pisces… and we really need to be prepared for a wild card to be thrown into our lives!  These couple of days, it will be important for us to rely on our ability to be flexible – and expect to have at least a couple of surprises thrown our way!  We may need to punt – or at least be prepared to think outside the box!

This week, and these couple of days especially, are a definitely a wakeup call for us!  Our minds will be filled with so many possibilities that we may be shocked and find it hard to sort it all out!  Do be ready for a surprise – or a surprise revelation – now!  And be ready for some ignited spontaneous psychic information to flow – or burst – into our awareness!

So… we’ve got the wind at our backs, we’re holding onto our hats, here’s the week ahead in eight minutes or less …

Well… we have an exciting week ahead of us! It’s all very magical because the Autumn Equinox and Full Moon at the same time – and this is the Harvest Moon… As the Sun aspects Jupiter and Uranus who are conjunct now in mystical Pisces – we’ll have another opportunity to stand back and take a look at what we’ve been creating… and watch for this to happen in an almost startling way!

Tuesday, September 21^st, is the exact date that the Sun faces off with Jupiter and Uranus… and this is when we can find ourselves face to face with True Awakening – with a capital “A”!  Something is arriving that will shake us out of our same-old-same-old attitudes, choices and situations!  We may find ourselves needing to be quick and spontaneous… and life may feel very unpredictable for a time!  And if we have a choice between stress and excitement – choose excitement everytime!  So, get ready for – and welcome – fast, surprising change!
Then on Wednesday, September 22^nd, the Sun waltzes into the sign of Libra…and marks the time of the Fall Equinox for all of us here in the Northern Hemisphere… it also marks a time of perfect balance between day and night.  For this day and for the next month actually, our focus will be on partnering, close relationships, and balance.  Love is in the air!  …as is negotiation, beauty and harmony amongst us all…use this energy fully and well!

And… this magical moment of the Fall Equinox also takes place right at September’s Full Harvest Moon on Thursday, September 23^rd…

So, the energy really is all about culminating change – and, again, balance – because this Full Moon also takes place very near the point where we experienced the Cardinal T-Square – you remember that Cardinal T-Square, right?! – and it’s very close to the position of Jupiter and Uranus, squaring Pluto, and facing off with Saturn.  Did I say expect change this week?!  And since this Full Moon also takes place in Aries at the beginning of the zodiac… the Zero Point as it’s called – this is like, BANG! LET’S MOVE IT!  And we will!

And since this Full Moon is also the Harvest Moon – we should look to see what we’ve individually or collectively ready to have harvested in our lives… so look back to the New Moon on September 8^th to see what seeds we might have planted!

Then, on Saturday, September 25^th, the radiant life-giver Sun will square off with extreme and powerful Pluto – and we should be absolutely ready to release anything that’s holding us back – whether it’s thinking, emotions, people, places or things… this is another major turning point in our transformation…

If we can avoid confrontations… that would be a very good thing.  Locking horns will get us absolutely nowhere fast…and will just take up a lot of our valuable time and energy.  We need to assess any challenges as calmly as possible – and be prepared to walk away – for just the moment, or otherwise….

Now this week, I want to talk about how and where Venus’s upcoming retrograde will affect each sign. She won’t actually officially move into her retrograde phase until October 8^th – but we’re in the shadow period right now and are beginning to experience it already – and we can get a jump start and use this time to prepare for this new energy… and, as usual, this will apply to your Sun Sign and Ascendant/Rising Sign if you know it…

Aries

During this upcoming period, it will likely become important for you to be mindful of joint resources and other peoples’ money.  It may also be a good time to consider releasing old, dusty or worn out ‘things’ in your life and replace them with frisky new things.

Taurus
Your close partnerships may need a second or third looksee and you may find yourself taking a long hard look at what’s really working in your relationship – and just what isn’t.  And make some decisions that will shake things up and begin again.  One way or the other…

Gemini

You’ll be looking for more satisfying ways to take care of your health, your job and how you live your life each day.  Addressing all those seemingly small things, reviewing and revamping personal habits, including eating better, moving more, and getting enough rest, will result in major life changes that will startle you!

Cancer
Things that bring you joy and happiness will be up for review – and you may be reassessing the romantic situation in your life – and considering what needs to change.  You may also be ready to drop things and move into a new way of creating in your life.

Leo
Not only your physical home will come up for a hard look, but your inner world as well.  You’ll be assessing – and reassessing – the security you have, or don’t have, and redefining where you feel truly at home – and how to get there – and seeing and choosing new goals, inner and outer ones.

Virgo
You may feel called to pull in the welcome mat now, and discover that less is more in the social side of your life.  Walks in nature may suddenly appeal more than having a busy calendar – and may actually help you get clear and accomplish goals you forgot you had.

Libra
Your finances and those things you value – or thought you valued – will be getting your attention.  And you may and probably will be assessing how and where you earn your dollars – and whether it truly satisfies you.  Are you having fun doing what you do?  And you’ll be deciding what you really really do want in your life?

Scorpio
You’re on stage here.  This is all about you.  You may rethink your personal image and decide if that’s truly the ‘you’ that you want to present!  You’ll be giving Yourself a second look now – and watch for a New You to be in the works…

Sagittarius
Retrospection and introspection will pull you to new places.  And there are likely people, places or things behind the scenes working in your favor that you aren’t aware of yet.  Look within and hold off deciding who or what you want until the information arrives on your front doorstep, not the back one.

Capricorn
The dreams you’ve taken for granted for so long may begin to look a bit tarnished, and your current crop of friends might as well!  This is a time for you to sort through your hopes and wishes – and also sort through the friends that truly care about you from those that don’t.

Aquarius
Your career and reputation come up for review.  You may find yourself reassessing your goals, and winnowing out those things that worry you – and at the same time clarifying what things will bring your life true satisfaction on the job – and otherwise.

Pisces
Thinking big right now may not seem as satisfying – or as affordable.  Ideals  you once cared about may not be as important to you now.  You’ll likely find yourself reconsidering how big you really want to go – and whether your current direction is the direction that’s going to carry you there.
